Kokua Education is seeking substitute teachers to join their team in Cicero and surrounding Chicago area. Substitute teachers can create positive moments in students' lives and provide alternative instruction when schools are short-staffed. This is a flexible position offering hourly pay and a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience working with students (tutoring, camps, volunteer)
  • Associate's Degree (or 60+ credit hours)
  • Current residence in or willingness to commute to Chicago
  • IL Substitute Teaching License or Paraprofessional license
