Role OverviewThe substitute teacher fills in for an absentee teacher on a non-continuous or ad hoc basis for 10 days or less. The primary duty is teaching, tutoring, instructing, or lecturing to impart knowledge on students. Receives a daily/half-day rate.
What You Will Do
Provides classroom coverage, maintains knowledge of emergency responses, monitors student activities, supervises learning activities, checks and evaluates student work, and enforces administration policies.
