Role OverviewThe Success Coach is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a shared living program for young adults 16-19 years of age. The coach ensures housing standards are met, supports program participants in learning independent living skills, and creates a safe and nurturing environment.
What You Will Do
The Success Coach will assist in providing education and practice of skills necessary to live successfully, plan and implement life skills training, and reinforce life skills in-home. The coach will also participate in participant onboarding and problem resolution, and provide feedback on participant needs or issues.
