Role OverviewThe On Call SUDS Counselor works as a member of a treatment team providing substance abuse treatment and case management.
What You Will Do
Conduct screening and assessment of potential clients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide group counseling, and perform case management.

Requirements
- CADC-1, CADC-2, or CADC-3 certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual SUDS Counselors must demonstrate proficiency in secondary language
- CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA
- Experience working in chemical dependency treatment
- Knowledge and skills in group facilitation, crisis intervention, and de-escalation methods
- Ability to work a range of hours
- Current CPR certification
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check
