Job Description
Join The Morgan Group as a Development Intern to learn and experience the real estate development process end-to-end. Assist with underwriting new multifamily development opportunities, conduct market research, and support due diligence efforts.
Requirements
Current undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in real estate development
Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to mapping software is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and willing to ask thoughtful questions
High-performing student with a strong academic track record
