Each participant may rotate through the following functions or pick one to focus: Project Engineering, Operations Management/Front Line Supervision, Environmental, Health, and Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Quality Control.

Requirements
- 3 years of schooling in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Wood Science/Construction, Forestry, Business/Leadership, Accounting/Finance, EHS, Human Resources
