Role OverviewThe internship program provides students with hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to career opportunities within D.R. Horton, its affiliated business functions, and the homebuilding and homebuying process.
What You Will Do
Support daily operations, assist with department-specific projects, learn and apply departmental responsibilities, and participate in training programs and other learning opportunities.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university and entering junior or senior year, or recently graduated
- Pursuing a degree or coursework related to the assigned internship area
- Demonstrated interest in learning about career opportunities within homebuilding, financial services, land development, corporate operations, technology, customer service, or other D.R. Horton business functions
- Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, ask questions, and contribute in a professional team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to varying work environments
