Job Description
J Camp is a Jewish Community Center Day Camp that offers a summer full of adventure, new activities, and ultimate camp fun for kids entering 1st-8th grade. Staff will work with kids doing games, crafts, sports, and swimming, and will develop job skills such as problem solving, negotiating, listening, flexibility, and creativity.

Requirements

  • Senior Counselors: Must be 18 years old and a high school graduate or older.
  • Junior Counselors: Must be at least 16 years old and entering 11th-12 grade.
  • Ma'asim Tovim Senior Counselors: Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
  • Para-Educators: Must be 19 years of age or older and have education or experience in working with youth with special needs.
  • Before and After-Care Staff: Must be 16 or older and prefer staff 18 years of age or older.
  • Archery Specialist: Must be 19 years of age or older and have Archery certification or complete certification training.
  • Culinary Camp Chef: Must be 21 years of age or older and have qualifications in culinary arts.
