Job Description
Movement, a climbing gym, seeks a passionate and motivated individual to instruct youth in their summer camp programs, providing a supervised environment, teaching climbing skills, and fostering a sense of belonging. The position involves top rope belaying, facilitating games and activities, and managing risks for participants. Prior climbing experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential. This is a part-time, temporary position with potential to move into a part-time indefinite role based on availability and performance.
