Job Description
The Jr. Associate Instructor for Programs at Movement is responsible for facilitating transformative climbing experiences, communicating effectively with clients, and providing excellent customer service. They will teach climbing skills and create inclusive spaces for participants. The role involves working with youth and adults, and prior climbing experience is required.

Requirements

  • Have a passion for climbing, yoga, or fitness
  • Demonstrate an openness to learn from others and collaborate to achieve common goals
  • Interest in working with both children and adults
  • Relentlessly positive and upbeat attitude
  • Prior climbing experience required
  • Prior experience instructing on any topic preferred
  • Ability to work 6-10 hours per week primarily on weekday afternoons and/or weekends
  • Ability to work a complete Summer Camp or After School Program
