Job Description
Galileo Learning is seeking a Site Director for its summer camps in Evanston, IL. The Site Director will lead a team of educators and staff to create a joyful and safe environment for campers. The role requires 3+ years of experience in education or child development and 1+ year of team management experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in education/child development (K-8 preferred) or related coursework
  • 1+ year of team management and coaching experience or supervisory experience
  • Availability for part-time remote work starting Feb 2026, and full-time on-site work starting June 2026 (dates vary by location)
  • Willingness to travel in the region to up to 3 in person marketing events, in the preseason
  • Flexibility to adapt and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to complete all required state certifications before camp starts
