Summer Intern - HR Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day support to the Compensation & Benefits team
• Assist with administrative tasks and help maintain accurate and organized HR records
• Review and update I 9 documentation to ensure compliance with federal requirements
• Scan, index, and upload documents into the electronic filing system
• Prepare physical files for shipment to an offsite storage location
• Update and refine the team's work instructions and process documentation
• Support ongoing projects across the Compensation & Benefits function
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Create a microsite for the Workers' Compensation and Disability programs
• Assist with gathering and preparing content for employee-facing resources
