This summer, we're excited to continue our 10-week Summer Internship Program—an opportunity for motivated college juniors, seniors and graduates to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry.

Requirements

  • Review and analyze member feedback from all channels, identifying common themes, trends, and areas of concern.
  • Review and analyze data on members, identifying behaviors of engagement
  • Distinguish between qualitative and quantitative insights, summarizing key takeaways.
  • Highlight both positive feedback and areas needing improvement to support decision-making.
  • Create reports, data visualizations, and summaries to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, providing insights that can drive process improvements and member engagement strategies.
  • Assist in refining survey questions or methodologies to improve data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in refining marketing plans to primary checking members
