Job Description
The Summer Intern of Real Estate Asset Management will support the Asset Management team by assisting with the collection, organization, and analysis of financial and operational data for affordable housing properties.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • Preferably entering Junior year. Sophomores will be considered
  • Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Strong interest in real estate or affordable housing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and formatting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to real-world projects
