Role OverviewThis position will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all Members and guests by consistently monitoring pool and deck activity while enforcing safety rules.
What You Will Do
Greet every Member/Guest that enters the pool area with a smile and friendly greeting, prevent injuries and eliminate hazards, recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations, and operate all applicable equipment safely.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of lifeguard experience and/or relevant experience, transferable skills, and be able to adhere to established procedures and guidelines while completing assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Two or more years of lifeguard experience and/or relevant experience, transferable skills
- Star Guard with proof of Lifeguarding w/ CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid conducted by the American Red Cross
- Successful completion of a pre-employment in-water practical skills test
- Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines while completing assigned tasks
- Ability to be self-directed
- Skill in attention to detail
