Role OverviewHendrickson is searching for a Program Management Intern for the Summer of 2027 to join the Change Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Change Management and data analysis.
What You Will Do
Assist in collection and analysis of data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets, prepare reports and presentations, and assist in the implementation of process improvements.

Requirements
- Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management
- Strong PC skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing)
- Power BI experience a plus
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete tasks within demanding time frames
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong numeric and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with good project management, organization, and planning skills
