Job Description
The Seasonal Adventure Specialist supports the Recreation team by delivering safe, engaging and memorable outdoor experiences for resort guests. This role is responsible for assisting with a wide variety of seasonal recreation offerings, including guided hikes, lake activities and family-friendly adventure programming.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recreation, outdoor programming, camp leadership, guiding or hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to confidently guide hikes and support outdoor guest activities.
  • Comfort assisting with lake-based recreation including kayaks and paddleboards.
  • Ability to learn and support a wide range of activities including archery, axe throwing, climbing wall and other adventure programming.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, adaptability and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry and remain active for extended periods of time.
