Role OverviewThe Super User team provides functional system expertise to support operational execution and system stability. The team acts as the primary liaison between operations and system stakeholders, ensuring system processes, testing efforts, and changes align with operational needs.
What You Will Do
Investigate and troubleshoot system-related issues, coordinate and execute testing activities, validate testing scenarios, and act as a liaison between operations, project teams, and system stakeholders.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced SAP experience or demonstrated proficiency in enterprise warehouse management systems
- Distribution Center or Manufacturing operational experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in system transactions and operational processes
