Superba Operator

As a Superba Operator at Mohawk Industries, you will safely operate heatset machinery to meet and exceed quality, production, and efficiency goals. You will be responsible for maintaining efficiency and meeting production standards, identifying yarn quality during production runs, and performing general housekeeping duties as necessary.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include threading and repairing breakouts, proactively identifying yarn quality, selecting and staging tubes for winder operation, and maintaining daily production records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Successful completion of all required on the job training
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred
