Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Manage construction schedule and ensure high quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule and supervise subcontractors, homeowner walk-throughs, and inspections
  • Inspect and determine subcontractor's workmanship and product quality
  • Authorize payment of subcontractors
  • Manage customer experience throughout construction process
  • Monitor community cleanliness
  • Manage post-close process for warranty
  • Follow up with homeowners
  • Maintain current working knowledge of building codes
  • Work closely with sales, customer warranty, and management team
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
  • Ability to work additional hours as necessary
