Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors and trade partners, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
Oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and trade partners to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience leading commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, mixed-use, or institutional construction projects
- Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, quality control, subcontractor management, and field operations
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating multiple trades simultaneously on active construction sites
- Ability to maintain project schedules while delivering high-quality workmanship
