Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area.
What You Will Do
Oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion, supervise subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and trade partners, and maintain project schedules, quality, and productivity.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience leading commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, mixed-use, or institutional construction projects
- Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field operations
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating multiple trades simultaneously on active construction sites
- Ability to maintain project schedules while delivering high-quality workmanship
