Role OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee projects from start through owner move-in and lead all on-site construction activities and personnel, working closely with the Project Manager and leadership team.

Requirements
- 7+ years as a commercial Superintendent in the Bay Area, with general contractor experience
- Life science, lab, TI, or ground-up commercial experience strongly preferred
- Track record of successful project completion and high client satisfaction
- Strong scheduling skills in Microsoft Project; proficient in PlanGrid, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to read plans, manage subcontractors, and deliver on budget and schedule
- Working knowledge of Cal-OSHA requirements and willingness to enforce site safety
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record
