Job Description
Role Overview

The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for construction and facility service projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and company quality standards.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and supervise all phases of assigned projects from mobilization through completion, ensure work is performed according to project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements, and provide detailed daily and weekly project reports to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of construction industry experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a construction environment
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation to travel to customer and project locations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% to 100% of the time
