This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field and enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects from groundbreaking through completion.
What You Will Do
Oversee all field operations from project startup through closeout, coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel, develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure, underground utilities, or land development projects
- Knowledge of lift stations, pump stations, process piping, mechanical systems, and utility installations is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
