Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry with a minimum of five plus years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Office
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
