D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Superintendent to manage home construction, customer service, and subcontractors while maintaining company construction and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule subcontractors and evaluate their work quality and efficiency
  • Inspect and determine subcontractor's workmanship and product quality
  • Manage customer experience and recognize quality standards
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of building codes
  • Work closely with sales, customer warranty, and management team
