Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule subcontractors, evaluate their work, and authorize payment
  • Manage customer experience, inspect homes, and address concerns
  • Monitor community cleanliness, manage post-close process, and follow up with homeowners
  • Maintain current working knowledge of building codes, work with sales and management teams, and conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
