Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage the construction of homes from permit to closing, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Manage the construction schedule and ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule subcontractors and evaluate their work to ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal building codes
  • Inspect and determine the quality of subcontractor's workmanship and product quality
  • Manage customer experience and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor community cleanliness and maintain a working knowledge of applicable building codes
