Job Description
The Doe Fund is seeking a Superintendent - Stadium Court to join its mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and recidivism. The position is a Live-in role with a two-bedroom apartment within a 24/7 building, and the Superintendent will report directly to the Director of Facilities Maintenance and Construction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of janitorial/cleaning experience and building maintenance
  • FDNY Certificate of Fitness S12 & S13
  • Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently within a team setting
