Job Description
At L+M Development Partners, we're looking for a Superintendent 1 to assist in carrying out essential field duties at the jobsite, with a focus on safety compliance and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance, including federal, state, and local safety codes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project participants
  • Ability to prioritize assignments based on critical deadlines
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency
  • AutoCAD proficiency (recommended)
