Role OverviewThe Superintendent 2 will help plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity. This position will be responsible for managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of the company's safety culture, managing subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow, managing and overseeing company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs, developing work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work, and coordinating and managing the care, custody and control of the project site.

Requirements
