Role OverviewThe Superintendent 2 will help plan, manage, and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity. This position will be responsible for managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete, and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
What You Will Do
The Superintendent 2 will lead all aspects of the company's safety culture, manage subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow, manage and oversee company staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience, 3+ years of field supervision experience, and experience with Lean principles. The candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of project processes and construction technology.

- Knowledge of crane flagging and rigging (Intermediate).
