Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage home construction, provide excellent customer service, and maintain company construction and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule subcontractors and evaluate their work
  • Inspect and determine subcontractor's workmanship and product quality
  • Manage customer experience throughout construction process
  • Monitor community cleanliness and ensure worksite is clean and visually appealing
  • Maintain working knowledge of building codes
  • Work closely with sales, customer warranty, and management team
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
  • Ability to work additional hours as necessary
