Job Description
We are seeking a healthcare Superintendent for our Tampa, FL division. As a 100% employee-owned company, every one of our employee-owners has a vested interest in our success.

Requirements

  • B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education (High School diploma) and experience
  • Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year of employment)
  • 6+ years of commercial construction field experience, including direct supervisory experience
  • Proficient with reading plans and specs
  • Ability to build and manage high performing teams
