Job Description
Take command of complex commercial construction projects, oversee jobsite execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
  • Extensive experience managing commercial construction activities in the field
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Experience working with general contractors in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial construction markets preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Willingness to travel in-state for project assignments
