Job Description
Flintco is seeking a Superintendent to lead projects, supervise employees and subcontractors, and ensure timely and economical completion of work with high standards of workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects and leading teams.

Requirements

  • Work with Project Manager to prepare project schedule and budget
  • Become familiar with project plans, specifications, and documents
  • Select methods and acquire equipment for the project
  • Enforce company safety policies and organize safety meetings
  • Employ or discharge workmen and intermediate foremen as needed
  • Assure accurate completion of documentation, including safety reports and payroll preparation
