Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, homeowner walk-throughs, and inspections while maintaining company construction and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work
  • Complete each home site on schedule from planning through occupancy
