Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage home construction sites, ensure high-quality products, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, management, and customer service, and will be responsible for scheduling subcontractors, inspecting work, and managing customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work
  • Inspect and determine subcontractor’s workmanship and product quality is completed on time and within defined scope of work
