Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction, providing excellent customer service and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

  • Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work
  • Inspect and determine subcontractor’s workmanship and product quality
  • Manage the customer experience throughout the entire construction process
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all applicable building codes
  • Work closely with the sales, customer warranty, and management team
