Superintendent

Lead and coordinate industrial projects in Rock Springs, Wyoming, as a hands-on leader who can plan work, supervise field crews, manage project resources and performance, maintain accurate field documentation, and build strong customer relationships.

Provide hands-on leadership and project oversight to ensure industrial work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within approved scope and budget. Lead and oversee industrial projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial field operations or project leadership experience, including supervising field crews and coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of project planning, estimating, scheduling, manpower allocation, resource coordination, and field execution.
• Experience monitoring labor utilization, productivity, job costs, budgets, purchase orders, and overall project performance.
• Experience completing and reviewing daily work tickets, time records, field reports, and other project documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, Operations Management, and administrative teams.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic timekeeping and project-tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel as project needs require.
