Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial field operations or project leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of project planning, estimating, scheduling, manpower allocation, resource coordination, and field execution
• Experience monitoring labor utilization, productivity, job costs, budgets, purchase orders, and overall project performance
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, Operations Management, and Administrative teams
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic timekeeping and project-tracking systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel as project needs require
