Role OverviewLeads and directs the work of subcontractors and/or Turner trade labor, ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to budget. Supervises Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns, and trade labor. Reports to Project Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Executive.
What You Will Do
Oversee work performance, resolve local area problems, manage site safety, supervise and develop team members, create schedules, communicate with owners and architects/engineers, and manage billing processes.
