Requirements

5-10 years of experience in the role of Superintendent on large commercial projects.
Experience working on concrete or self-perform projects for a subcontractor or general contractor.
Basic computer literacy.
Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology.
Ability to lead and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.
