Job Description
We're hiring a Full Time Golf Course Superintendent at The Lodge of Four Seasons located in Lake Ozarks, MO. The property consists of two 18 Hole Golf Courses, The Cove and The Ridge. Engage with guests from all over, providing a first-class experience and dedicated service they will carry with them long after they’ve left our premises.
Requirements
Maintains all grounds including the golf course, clubhouse surrounds and other maintainable property
Supervises all planting, fertilizing and chemical applications, and other care of turf, plants, shrubs and trees on the golf course and clubhouse surrounds
Hires, supervises, and develops Assistant Superintendent, mechanic, foreman, equipment operators and other employees in the maintenance department
Communicates frequently with the Troon Corporate Team, Head Golf Professional, General Manager and Director of Maintenance to discuss activities, goals, plans and member/customer feedback
