Role OverviewAs a Superintendent Maintenance, you will supervise maintenance personnel for effective maintenance of Central Shop. You will oversee the preventive maintenance, overhaul, repair, and replacement of equipment. You will direct maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and analyze work requests to determine necessary repair or replacement.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include directing maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, analyzing work requests, determining needs for maintenance materials, and supervising maintenance personnel. You will also participate in the development of reliable and efficient equipment, analyze problems, and find practical and cost-efficient solutions.
