Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work
  • Complete each home site on schedule from planning through occupancy, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied
  • Manage the customer experience throughout the entire construction process
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all applicable building codes
  • Work closely with the sales, customer warranty, and management team to ensure open communication on all matters
