Role OverviewThe Project Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in managing all aspects of field operations on a construction project. They work closely with the Project Manager to ensure positive project outcomes by effectively managing people, materials, schedules, and safety practices from preconstruction through completion.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain Preconstruction and Construction Master Schedules, lead Constructability Reviews, create and maintain detailed site logistics plans, coordinate work plans and materials, manage daily field operations, and lead jobsite-specific safety, environmental, and quality programs.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Thorough working knowledge of all trades
- Experience with negotiated, customer-service-driven project delivery methods
- Demonstrated success managing field operations on complex technical projects
- Proficient with construction scheduling and project management systems
