Role OverviewThe Superintendent will be responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of field operations related to glazing and paneling projects. This role involves managing project schedules, supervising field personnel, maintaining safety and quality standards, and acting as the main point of contact between field crews, project managers, and general contractors.
What You Will Do
Supervise all on-site operations, coordinate daily job site activities, communicate and collaborate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and general contractors, and enforce safety regulations.

Requirements
- 7+ years of construction experience
- In-depth knowledge of commercial glass and panel installation practices, equipment, and tools
- Strong understanding of construction documents, reports, project scheduling, and job costing
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- OSHA 30 Construction Industry certification preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Complete understanding of Company Safety Health and Management Program
