Role OverviewAs a Supervised Community Treatment Counselor, you will work with children ages 13 to 18 in the community who are undergoing treatment for mental or behavioral health concerns. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day care of the children, utilizing Trauma Informed Care and providing consistent, individualized reinforcement to client behavior.
What You Will Do
Your specific responsibilities will include providing daily living supervision and treatment intervention, establishing a therapeutic relationship with the client, evaluating the impact of behavioral and group treatment interventions, and safely transporting youth to/from program activities and community resources.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a high school diploma
- A Bachelor's degree in a human services or a related field of study is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in working with children in a mental health setting is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
